Event management involves regular check-in calls during the planning phase, suggesting vendors, assisting with rental coordination, and handling logistics. It also encompasses creating a layout and timeline, conducting a final walkthrough with the venue, and ensure all details are addressed !
Event coordination starts one month prior to the wedding. This is for the bride who has already done the heavy work, and just needs someone to execute!
